These are a selection of projects from a week long summer camp for 6-8th graders. In the daily classes we explored the essence of printmaking- of leaving traces, of creating repeated images. To begin that discussion we did rubbings of our shoes which were then turned into cardboard collographs. We then collected everyday items to create personal collographs. The following days students worked with foam plates to create mandalas, linoleum to carve stamps and neoprene to create foam relief prints.
